Can I cancel my membership renewal at any time?
Yes, you’re in complete control of your account. Simply log into your account on this website and cancel your membership at any time.
Do you offer free trials?
No. We used to provide a 7 day risk free but it attracted an incredible number of day traders so I removed it.
How many high conviction alerts can I expect every week?
Depending on the market, it’s usually 1-2 a week. We have a quality over quantity approach because spamming alerts to your inbox doesn’t work. I’ve signed up to nearly every professional charting / trade alert service ever created, so I know what NOT to do.
Will you manage my portfolio for me?
No.
What do you provide with your chart books?
Each member receives full access to our ETF and Commodities Chart Books as well as updated charts to each of the charts covered in our Weekend and Half Time Analysis.
I continue updating charts covered for a period of 1 month as well as providing ongoing updates to open high conviction alerts.
How big is your community?
I deliberately keep numbers low and a maximum of 300 are allowed onto my platform. The reason for this is simple, any more than this, and the number of chart requests gets too overwhelming and I wouldn’t be able to comfortably service my client / membership base.
I want a 2nd opinion on a chart, can I see yours?
Yes, of course, you have a facility on my platform to private message me and request a chart any time. Our turnaround time is usually a few hours.
How in-depth is your Technical Analysis Program?
It’s great for everyone. If you’re a beginner or if you’re advanced, our program will give an incredibly solid footing in Technical Analysis and will help you to build a process that you can work with until the end of time. Anyone can teach you RSI or Volume… our program will help you with the key technical tools as well as process building (which is why it’s so well appreciated by our members - the access to our program, I’m told is worth the membership fee alone).
How often do you update your thoughts on the market?
Twice a week in our Weekend Analysis and also our Wednesday Half Time Analysis. If anything pops up during the week, I will also communicate in the Charting News Feed on our platform.
